Key Responsibilities:

1. Legal Counsel: Provide expert legal advice and counsel to corporate clients on a variety of legal issues affecting the business.
2. Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements, such as partnership agreements, licensing agreements, employment contracts, and vendor contracts.
3. Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with corporate governance principles and regulations, including advising on board meetings, corporate resolutions, and bylaws.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's industry and operations and develop compliance strategies.
5. Intellectual Property: Protect and manage intellectual property assets globally, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
6. Litigation Management: Oversee and manage legal disputes and litigation, either by handling cases directly or working with external law firms.
7. Employment Law: Advise on employment-related legal issues, such as hiring, terminations, discrimination, harassment, and labor law compliance.
8. Risk Assessment: Identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company operates within legal boundaries. Including managing the Group’s insurance policies globally and submit and follow up with insurance claims with different stakeholders.
9. Legal Research: Stay updated on legal developments and conduct research to provide informed legal opinions and advice.

Required Skills

A self-directed and independent individual to support the Head of Risk Management & Compliance (“RM&C”) within the RM&C department focusing on Regulatory Compliance aspects such as governance, risk management and market conduct requirements, in order to maintain a robust risk and compliance framework within Infinitum Financial Advisory. This role reports to the Manager of RM&C in supporting the Head of RMC.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting Customer Due Diligence and 1st level review and escalation of cases with suspected or actual Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Countering Terrorist Financing (CFT) related risk.
• Facilitate accurate AML uploading of client names and on-going name screening reviews via the DowJones system within stipulated timelines to meet internal requirements.
• Performs monitoring and assessment of daily Credit Monitoring reports/alerts on external third parties and Representatives and ensure timely dissemination to relevant stakeholders.

Job Summary:

The Executive Secretary & Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and ensure the smooth operation of the executive's office. This role combines the responsibilities of a secretary and a personal assistant, with additional tasks such as lead generation and ad hoc projects.
