• To work closely with the HES team to ensure smooth implementation and compliance of company's safety and quality standards
• To assist in investigating any defects / failures occurred and reporting all vessels incidents, near misses to prevent and eliminate any potential incidents
• To assist in maintaining crew records that inclusive of certificates, training, medical checks and coordinating in crew changes.
• To undertake any other technical related tasks and assignments as and when required.

Day to Day

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand clients' business needs and objectives to effectively drive digital transformation using Heroku solutions.
• You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
• Focus on customer success to help drive growth in existing Heroku accounts.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives

Required Experience:

• At least 7+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
• Coverage of ASEAN market will be preferred
• Managing the sales cycle from technology champion to the c-suite (CIO, CISO, CTO)
• Experience selling complex technologies to primarily an IT buyer
• Consistent track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions.
• Education: Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Preferred Experience:

• Experience selling in the Cloud industry or technical software sales experience (ex: IaaS or SaaS)
• Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, DevOps and/or application development

The role will work closely with the HR team to support payroll and assist in the onboarding process and other HR-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, output, and statutory payments by working closely with local payroll vendor in timely manner, with a high level of accuracy.
• Process monthly invoices relating to staff welfare, consultancy and payroll processing fee etc
• Ensure timely processing and payment of all government statutory related contribution and/or payments including submission of government claims and/or reimbursements.
• Responsible to check annual tax reporting submission

Required Skills and Qualifications:

As the Customer Service Executive (CSE) for Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing Singapore customers prompt and personalized service when handling their queries from multiple channels over a full range of consumer financial products and services. In performing your role, you are also expected to comply with the bank’s policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Handle calls and/ or emails promptly by providing accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customers on products and services
• Respond to customers’ queries and concerns with the aim of achieving first-call resolution.
• Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues
• Provide customers’ feedback to respective business partners to improve customer experience
• Introduce and educate customers on the self-service/automated banking channels.

Requirement:

• Able to commit to the daily scheduled hours (either 9.00 am – 1.00 pm OR 10.30 am - 2.30 pm)
• Required to work 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
• Training will be provided, and candidates must be able to attend and complete the full-day training (12-15 working days). - Training days are fully payable
• Banking experience will be an advantage
