• Oversee all accounts, human resource and administrative matters of the company.
• Prepare and handle daily accounting operations, such as invoicing, payment, payment voucher, reconciliation of bank statements, etc.
Accounting Responsibilities:
• Verifying suppliers invoice, intercompany transactions
• Preparation of Payment Voucher and Payment to Suppliers
• Verifying and processing expenses claimed by (Petty Cash)
• Daily bookkeeping
HR Responsibilities:
• Assist with foreign employee work pass applications and renewal
• Assist on foreign employee income tax payment
• Assist with preparation and issuance of Appointment Letters
• Prepare monthly payroll, payment and payslips
• Employee leave and public holidays recording
Administrative Responsibilities:
• General administrative duties
Requirements:
• Proficient Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently
• Positive work attitude and able to work as a team
