Job Description
To support and grow NUS Business School’s digital and social media presence so that the school can achieve exceptional stakeholder engagement, drive traffic to the corporate website and increase brand awareness and mind share.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and execute social media plan that is aligned with the corporate objectives
- Generate, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections with target audiences
- Work with various stakeholders to develop user-generated content to increase reach and engagement rate
- Monitor and analyse social data/metrics, insights and best practices to continuously improve social media performance
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to curate and execute novel content that will generate high engagement
Qualifications
- Tertiary Education preferably a degree in mass communication, new media, marketing or business
- At least three years of proven working experience in Digital and Social Media Marketing or Public Relations
- Comprehensive understanding of the various social media platforms and the technical know-how to curate and optimise content for maximum engagement
- Good knowledge and practical skills in social analytics and online marketing
- Meticulous, Proactive, Creative and can Think Outside the Box
- Team player and able to identify synergies with various departments within the school
- Strong ability to multitask, plan and manage projects
- Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and in-design skills
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
