In the sales process, the Account Executive acts as a strategic advisor for customers and prospects, using consultative and value-based and outcome based selling techniques and interacting with C level executives in the process. The Account Executive will need to effectively leverage internal and external stakeholders to successfully generate qualified opportunities, win new business and expand Software AG’s footprint in existing customers, establishing a long-term close partnership.

Essential functions:

• Utilizing your extensive sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our transformative solutions, focusing on Business Process Automation (BPA), Process Mining, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
• Identifying and engaging potential clients within the territory, showcasing the value proposition and addressing their specific business challenges.
• Leveraging your knowledge of methodologies and frameworks such as PDCA, TQM, Lean Six Sigma, ERM/COSO, Value Chain (Porter), and Business Model Canvas to tailor solutions to clients' needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business process management, risk & compliance management, and enterprise architecture management needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and methods related to business process analysis & modelling, process mining, internal control & audit to aid you in negotiation with clients.
• Navigating the BPM ecosystem, including ERP, Low code, ITSM/CMDB, Hybrid integration/iPaaS, API management, and Analytics and others as required.
• Managing the entire sales cycle, from hunting and prospecting to pipeline generation, opportunity management, and successful deal closing.
• Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities to the sales leadership team.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of successful SAS or Consultancy sales experience and background in process consulting or enterprise software sales.
• A background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related field might be preferred
• Experience in a “New Business Hunter” role in a related field or industry.
• You should possess a specialized understanding of the different lines of business within the banking, public sector, or oil and gas verticals.
• Ability to speak and write fluent English and Japanese/Korean.

• 6+ years’ experience with value-based proposition SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Finance Manager.
• Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including review, collections, refunds, returns, and reconciliations.

Position Summary

An Executive Chauffeur provides tailored transportation services for the senior management team. This role goes beyond driving, ensuring the senior management’s safety, comfort, and convenience through meticulous route planning, vehicle upkeep, confidentiality, and professional support.

Essential requirement: Candidate must have experience driving and demonstrate familiarity with Electric Vehicles (EVs).

Key Responsibilities

• Driving: Transport senior management team to meetings, events, or appointments, choosing the best routes, avoiding jams and arrived punctually for every engagement.
• (EV) Vehicle Care: Keep the car clean, charged, and in good working condition.
• Security and Safety: Implement measures to ensure senior management team’s safety through meticulous route planning, situational awareness, and strict compliance to security protocols.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and respect confidentiality regarding senior management team’s schedule, meetings, and personal matters.
• Assistance: Provide additional assistance as required, including running errands, picking up documents or packages, and supporting the senior management team in any other capacity related to transportation and pick-ups.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of ‘N’ level or equivalent. Certifications in defensive driving or vehicle maintenance are advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience as a private driver or personal driver, preferably for senior executives or high-profile individuals.
• Should assume the role of company driver within the last 5 years.
• Had driven and is familiarity with electric vehicles, with at least 1 year of experience in driving EV vehicle.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 or equivalent driving license with a clean record (0 demerit points in the past 5 years).
• Excellent driving abilities with a proven safety record.
