Your role is pivotal in supporting effective and efficient operations of the Human Resource department. To be successful in this role, you should be someone who is proactive and has a passion for people!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Recruitment

• Assist in full spectrum of recruitment processes (eg. posting of vacant positions on job portals, screening of resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, preparation of Letter of Appointment)
• Administer the Work Pass (WP, S Pass, EP) application, renewal and cancellation

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Onboard new hires when they join the company
• Offboard employees when they resign

Compensation & Benefits

• Involve in the implementation of the benefits and welfare programs of the company
• Acts as a liaison between the organization and external medical benefits providers and vendors

Employee Engagement

• Assist in company-wide employee relations and employee engagement activities
• Collaborate with various stakeholders on the preparation of company events

Administration

• Assist in knowledge and database management within the HR department. This includes assisting with process enhancements and maintaining proper filing system, including data management and file sharing
• Attend to employees’ queries on various HR-related matters
• Support in all ad-hoc activities and HR-related matters as and when needed

WHO YOU ARE

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Preferably good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and the Singapore Labour Law
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy
• Meticulous and analytical
• Self-driven and able to work independently under tight deadline

HR & Admin Executive

• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 08:00am - 05 :00pm
• Location: Taman Jurong
• Salary: $2,800 - $3,000 + $90 Transport Allowance

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll and overtime payments.
• Handle employee work pass applications and cancellations
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process
• Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Ensure timely tax clearance for employees.
• Manage insurance claims for employees, including medical and accident claims.
• Perform other HR-related tasks or projects as required.
• Issue uniforms to new employees during onboarding and manage uniform inventory.
• Perform general office administrative duties such as filing, organizing, and managing office supplies and stock.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise cold-store operations to ensure that picking & packing activities are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure order accuracy before releasing goods for delivery
• Monitor inbound and outbound stocks, and ensure inventory is promptly and accurately updated in ERP system
• Manage stock transfer and adjustments
• Perform scheduled stocktaking and inventory checks and highlight discrepancies / anomalies.
• Identify, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure they can be reconciled.
• Review the workflow and liaise with the respective department to put in place preventive measures to reduce stock loss
• Determine and highlight slow moving, obsolete and near expiry stocks in store for Management actions.
• Manage reconciliation of damage stocks and aging stocks
• Prepare & Submit Weekly Inventory Report to management
• Participate in internal and external audit stock takes
• Other Ad Hoc projects or responsibilities as required or assigned by Head of Operations

Other Requirements:

• Good planning & organizational skills
• Problem solving and good leadership skills
• Must have a working knowledge of GMP concepts and guidelines
• 5.5 Day or 6 Day (Alternate) work week

Education, Experience & Training

• 3 years of experience working in food manufacturing / cold store or similar environment
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing / cold chain
• Possess a valid forklift license (preferable)
• Experience in Microsoft Navision is highly advantageous.

Our client is a company that provides medical diagnostic devices to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in Malaysia and Singapore.

• Oversee product approval during the launch phase of products from a portfolio of leading brands.
• Work with Product Management and Global Marketing to develop launch campaigns and training materials for internal and external customers.
• Attain sales, productivity, and performance goals for the assigned portfolio in the specified territory.
• Deliver clinical guidance, training, and education to internal teams and customers.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Nursing/Physiotherapy/Occupation Therapy or equivalent
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in medicine, nursing, physiotherapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
