• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in executive or leadership hiring, ideally within the oil and gas sector. Experience in a recruitment agency is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid understanding of candidate sourcing and management, including developing attraction strategies, conducting assessments, and negotiating offers.

Roles & Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Assist in attending to the needs of a portfolio of clients
• Assist in corporate secretarial work including preparation of resolutions and minutes of meetings
• Maintain Statutory Register
• Assist clients to ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
• Assist in E-filing of various returns and annual return with ACRA
• Assist in other corporate or ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• CSIS qualified
• Preferably with 3 years relevant experience in legal firms or established corporate secretarial firms

• Must have good computer skills especially in Microsoft Word and Excel

Reporting to Sales Director or any other manager that nominated, the candidate role is to build new customer account and maintain relationship with existing customers assigned.

The candidate will have the opportunity to involve in a full-cycle sales process for our software and services through prospecting, building relationships with key decision-makers, presenting the value of our solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing opportunities together with the team. On the job training will also be provided to acquire product knowledge but must be motivated to learn more on their own.
