Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our software solutions.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and progress.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position our solutions.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of Inside Sales experience handling both inbound and outbound marketing, preferably in building services or enterprise software.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about technology, capable of working independently, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to guests’ needs and enquiries.
• Handles checking-in and checking-out of guests.
• Provide personalized, warmth and attentive service to guests, always ensuring that they have an enjoyable and smooth stay
