Responsibilities:

• Analyze the applications of prospective students (local and aboard) based on admission policies.
• Responsible for all students’ status on their Student Pass application, appeal, issuance, costs incurred etc.
• Responsible for all Agent application, renewal and update of agent list as required under Skillfuture Guidance Documents.
• Familiar with Immigration Checkpoints & Authority ("ICA") for application cases and handle the creation of SOLAR+ accounts.
• Provide support to recruitment team on preparation of admission documents and hosting student enquiries online and on-site.
• Participate in all student recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
• Maintain a database of student information, student feedbacks in order to generate student reports whenever required.
• Provide administrative support as assigned by the Admissions Manager, and Director of Student Recruitment & Admissions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification in Business Administration or related field.
• 2 years of relevant working experience in a private education institution.
• Highly organised, meticulous, able to prioritise and multitask.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to be operationally hands-on, proactive mindset, and committed to delivering results within stipulated timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll and overtime payments.
• Handle employee work pass applications and cancellations
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process
• Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Ensure timely tax clearance for employees.
• Manage insurance claims for employees, including medical and accident claims.
• Perform other HR-related tasks or projects as required.
• Issue uniforms to new employees during onboarding and manage uniform inventory.
• Perform general office administrative duties such as filing, organizing, and managing office supplies and stock.

About the role:

Guest Relations Executive (Executive Club)

To support the seamless daily operations of the Executive Club, which includes maintaining exceptional service standards, facilitating communication team members, and addressing other operational needs at the Executive Club.

What you will do

The Guest Relations Executive is the core of the Rooms Department operation. The incumbent will offer the guest of the Executive Club an enjoyable, dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. Schedule & Hours:

This position requires a person with a flexible schedule and the ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends, and holidays

The individual will work closely with Controllership, remote outsourced accounting, FP&A and Operations teams on:

· Capex Projects :

1) PO Issuances, tracking the progress, capitalisation on completion

2) Maintain tracker on capex budgets and actual PO issuances in excel

3) Maintain FA register and calculate monthly depreciation in excel

· Tax compliances : Timely filing of monthly/quarterly GST/VAT returns in APAC countries working with tax consultant

· Monthly closings : Work with remote outsourced accounting team and in-house controllership team on monthly closings

· System Implementation : Active participation in ongoing Netsuite implementation working with implementation partners on Capex process

· Audits : Provide inputs and handle queries on the processes handled

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· 4+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or CAPEX management. Big4 experience would be an advantage.

· Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles related to AP.

· Proficiency in Netsuite ERP system (preferred, but not must have) and Excel.

· Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.

· Independent, proactive with a positive and hands-on attitude.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with vendors and team members.

Our client is seeking a Quantitative Investment Strategist to support the portfolio manager, chief investment officer, and the team.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Quant Strategist, you will lead the data science and quant strategy initiatives of the firm. You will build and implement quantitative tools and strategies that support various aspects of our investment process, including idea generation, portfolio construction, risk management, portfolio maintenance, and trading.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Data Science & Quant Strategy: Develop and implement the firm's data science and quant strategy to support investment decision-making.

Quant Tool Development: Design, build, and maintain quant models and tools for idea generation, portfolio construction, risk management, portfolio maintenance, and trading.

Collaboration with Research Team:

• Work closely with the investment team to integrate quant methods and tools into the investment process.
• Assist investment teams in understanding the key data drivers of companies and sectors in regional and global markets.
• Deliver high-quality, digestible research to investment teams.

Collaboration with CIO and PMs

• Work with the CIO / PMs and identify areas where additional data is required to improve quality of outcomes for the investment strategy.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, data science, and quantitative finance, and apply them to improve investment strategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills: Proficient with Python, SQL, AI / ML frameworks, NLP concepts and techniques, advanced statistical modelling, experience working with large datasets (structured and unstructured). Proficiency in Excel, CapitalIQ.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering / statistics / applied maths, or related subjects with exposure to financial markets. CFA qualification is a plus.

Experience: 3-7 years of overall working experience. Experience in the buy-side or sell-side is preferred. Basic understanding of investment process.

Soft Skills: Intellectual curiosity with a genuine interest in investing / capital markets, communication skills, problem solving abilities, self-reliant.
