Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor website analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

· Manage the e-commerce platform, including uploading of products and ensuring listings and pricing are accurate and up-to-date

Qualifications:

Responsibilities

Finance Activities

• Responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, effectiveness and efficiency of monthly journals, daily data entries and processes in the areas of Account Receivables, Account Payables, banking, month-end closing and quarterly GST reporting
• Processing of cheque and online payments
• System update of local Accounts Payable payment vouchers
• Posting and review of vendor invoices

The Events Coordinator/Conference Services Coordinator plans and arranges the details of events. These include logistics planning to complex decorations for events, which range from meetings to dinners.
