Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication platforms
• Craft and develop content for social media, websites, email campaigns, press releases, and print materials
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement
• Organise events and workshops to promote Institute technologies or create mindshare
• Manage marketing communications assignments across departments/divisions/research units within internal and external stakeholders
• Work with Corporate Communications on press materials of technologies/projects for media announcements, speeches and other level communications initiatives or events

Requiments:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience with a good command of English, and can demonstrate hands-on competencies in copywriting, graphic design and video production
• Have a good understanding of the multi-channel media landscape
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content
• Excellent communicator with strong verbal and presentation skillsets, as well as people engagement skills
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software
• Excellent command of English and video production skill is required

Job Summary: PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR/EXECUTIVE

The Procurement Coordinator/Executive is responsible for participating in routine sourcing and purchasing activities to obtain the materials, equipment and services to deliver on projects involving ships, rigs and/or conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in process of Procure-to Pay, generate, validate and maintain change of SAP Purchase Order according to business needs
• Liaising with the Procurement Centers worldwide to maintain and update local master data regarding regional/global frame contracts to be used
• Imputing and maintaining data in procurement related tools and applications
• Develop and recommend specific sourcing scenarios on the basis of spend analysis findings, extensive knowledge of the relevant supply markets and consolidated business requirements
• Assess and measure potential risks' exposures (supply, financial, image/reputation) and establish contingency plans to prevent and/or mitigate their impacts accordingly to risk management strategies defined by Procurement functions
• Support Procurement Manager to determine price forecasts for budget cycles
• Monitor customer (internal) and vendor (external) compliance with procurement Principles & Practices within the assigned category group(s)
• Negotiates and reviews long-term contracts with suppliers to ensure optimum cost and reliable supply
• To source and on-board potential new suppliers where required, and to follow correct procedures and documentation when engaging suppliers
• Ensure that all assigned supplier contracts are up to date and electronic and paper copies are stored appropriately

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as economics, engineering, business administration, supply chain management., or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Candidates with marketing experience in Lithium Battery industry will have an advantage.
• Proven experience in Purchase, preferably in the battery or materials industry.
• Strong understanding of lithium battery technologies and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in communication, both oral and written (English/Chinese)

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive client acquisition strategy to identify and target potential clients in the IT sector. This includes market research, lead generation, and client profiling.
• Business Development: Drive business growth by proactively identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
• Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Understand their business needs and tailor IT solutions to meet their requirements.
