This is a Senior Account Manager role in a team of experienced professionals developing, delivering and winning high impact opportunities for Visa. Requirements

Your new role:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors supporting application systems.
• Negotiate and monitor service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance and timely issue resolution.
• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of application support services by vendors to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of application systems through proactive monitoring and timely intervention.
