Role Purpose

The Community Engagement Senior Executive will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing partnerships to support caregivers’ and seniors’ needs. This position focuses on fostering collaborations with stakeholders across the aged care and social service sectors, enhancing caregiver support programs, and driving impactful community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Development

• Managing a small team to identify, engage, and sustain partnerships with sector stakeholders, including healthcare institutions, community organizations, corporates, and government agencies.
• Collaborate with partners to co-develop programs, services, and initiatives tailored to the needs of caregivers and seniors.
• Develop partnership agreements and monitor partnership performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

2. Caregiver Support Program Initiatives

• Lead or support the design, execution, and evaluation of programs that address the practical, emotional, and informational needs of caregivers.
• Work closely with caregivers and sector partners to gather feedback and identify gaps in support services.

3. Community Outreach and Engagement

• Organize outreach events, workshops, and forums to raise awareness of caregiver support resources and CWA’s role in the caregiving ecosystem.
• Develop communication materials, including brochures, newsletters, and online content, to engage stakeholders effectively.

4. Research and Advocacy

• Stay informed about trends, policies, and innovations in aged care and caregiving.
• Contribute to research projects and position papers advocating for improved caregiver support and services.

5. Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Act as the primary liaison between CWA and its partners, ensuring strong, productive relationships.
• Represent CWA at external meetings, networking sessions, and sectoral forums.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, social work, healthcare management, public relations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in community engagement, partnerships, or program management within the social service, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors.

Reporting directly to the C-Suite of the Company, the HR Assistant / Executive shall be responsible for the development and management of all Human Resources matters, strategies, and initiatives of the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day employee-related issues
• Design employee compensation and benefits packages.
• Support and contribute to various key HR initiatives and programs such as performance management review, employee handbook, SOP and policy management, and employee relations.
• Administer and update employee database and personnel files timely and accurately
• Manage recruitment matters and manpower planning

Job Description:

1. Support of the sales team in organizing and attending sales events

• Update of contacts & Customer relationship activity in Salesforce (a CRM system)
• Follow-up on clients inquiry (before sales and after sales)

The Role

This position will be supporting the Treasury team for the assigned portfolio.

Primary Function

Organize and control day-to-day operations of the Laboratory in accordance with order requirements, client standard operating procedures, industry standards, and policy directives. To ensure accurate and timely completion of test results and no unnecessary delay occurs.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

• Organise and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Laboratory in their respective sections. This includes allocation of tests to technicians, sample pick-up and manpower planning.
• Prepare worksheets and ensuring client requirements are met.
• Verify test results/records of analysis and initiate re-test when necessary. To check and ensure that all data are complete in the datasheet.
• To sign Analysis Report or Certificate of Quality upon completion of work (NOTE: only approved signatory can sign SAC endorsed report).

Responsibilities:

1.Seafarer Payroll Management:

• Manage and oversee payroll for all assigned vessels, ensuring accuracy and timely payments in accordance with seafarer contracts.
• Process reimbursements, allowances, deductions, and overtime in the payroll system, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of balances, such as leave pay, medical leave pay, medical disbursements, and other allowances.

2.Cash to Master (CTM) and Allotments:

• Arrange monthly CTM and liaise with port agents for quotations and remittance coordination.
• Monitor CTM balances and perform month-end ship account closings.
• Verify allotment lists for accuracy and ensure timely transfer to designated beneficiaries.

3.Compliance and Confidentiality:

• Ensure payroll processes adhere to international labor standards (e.g., MLC 2006) and local statutory requirements.
• Submit CPF contributions promptly for Singaporean seafarers.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll data and seafarer personal information.

4.Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare monthly payroll analysis reports, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and recommendations for improvement.
• Perform month-end closings for vessel victualing accounts and provide detailed financial summaries as required.
• Collaborate on tax reporting and compliance, ensuring deductions and filings are accurate and timely.

5.Issue Resolution and Training:

• Address payroll-related inquiries and disputes from seafarers and their families, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
• Provide onboarding training for Master on payroll processes, allotment procedures, and financial policies.

6.Coordination and Communication:

• Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Crew Operations, Accounting, HR) and external stakeholders (e.g., manning agencies, port agents) to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Prepare necessary correspondence for internal and external parties, including Masters and Accounts departments.

7.System and Process Optimization:

• Monitor payroll systems for efficiency and accuracy, working with Crew manager and IT to implement updates and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll management with Crew manager..
• Explore automation opportunities to streamline payroll operations and reduce errors.

8. Audit and Risk Management:

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing queries.
• Monitor discrepancies and risks in payroll processes and implement corrective actions to prevent fraud or mismanagement.

9.Policy Development and Crisis Management:

• Contribute to the development and updating of payroll-related policies to reflect regulatory changes and operational needs.
• Establish contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted payroll processing during emergencies or system disruptions together with Crew manager.

Additional Duties:

• Assist with special projects related to crew welfare, cost management, or other departmental needs as assigned by the Manager or management.

The Admin Executive will be based in one of the Active Aging Centres (AAC). They will perform administration duties, compilation, and submission of reports, as well as financial oversight for 2-4 AACs. In addition, they are expected to support daily operations in the AACs, as well as participating in and supporting special events and activities as required.
