Requirement:

Duties:

Full spectrum of purchasing process; receiving requisitions forms, sourcing quotations, issuing PO, co-ordinating delivery, reconciliation of DO and POs and liaising with accounts for payment.

Responsible for sourcing and procurement of materials/equipment, equipment rental, other services required by projects at the most competitive price and acceptable quality locally and overseas.

Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion and analytical skills in reviewing quotations, able to apply terms & conditions of quotations to specific contexts and analyse accordingly.

Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and general admin support.

Other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Must be able to converse in Mandarin (need to liaise with China counterpart).

At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Construction Industry will be an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office. High level of competence in Excel will be favoured.

Ability to work with team member & independently

Work well under pressure and able to work with Team Member and independently

Familiarise with Singapore and China Import and Export regulations and procedures.
