• Plan and manage Club & programme’s budget.
• Support with liaising with stakeholders for programs/training enquiries.
• Oversee smooth project execution and issues management.
• Work with team to support other special needs initiatives and programmes.

• Collect and analyse data to know and understand how the programmes and/or trainings is impactful and if the objectives are being met.
• Provide suggestions on how to improve the programmes and/or trainings using the collated data, if necessary.
• Effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders within the organization.
• Incorporate relevant data into the annual report, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma holder in Social Work, Psychology or related fields.
• At least 10 years of working experience.
• Experience in working with or volunteering with youth with special needs.
• Experience in planning and programme budgeting.
• Strong team player with excellent people skills.
• Possesses strong organisational skills, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate in serving the community and helping youth with special needs.
• Able to organise programmes and events and take charge of situations.
• Good command of written and spoken English, and able to communicate effectively across any audience.
• A self-motivated and adaptable individual.
• Able to work well with others in a deadline-driven team environment and negotiate win-win solutions with stakeholders.
• Take initiative and ownership of projects assigned.
• Experience / knowledge in pitching for grants and grant reporting.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Membership & Co-working Space Executive is responsible for supporting the Membership team with Membership sales, administrative duties and management of our co-working space, Bardo.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Membership:

• Support Membership team with all member admin including updating databases and our CRM platform, Peoplevine and lightspeed.
• Giving tours to prospective members & bardo tenants. .
• Work with membership and finance team for additional member related matters such as renewals, disputes, suspensions, terminations and finance related matters
• Support Membership team with loyalty/ surprise & delight related initiatives such as care packages, birthday cards, top spender rewards.
• Support Membership & Partnerships Director with member analysis, reports and surveys
• Manage highly sensitive membership data
• Support Membership Team with community groups and events where necessary.
• Ensuring reception area is well-stocked with up-to-date profile forms and other membership/Bardo marketing collateral
• Maintaining the membership card printer

Co-Working (Bardo):

• Respond to Bardo enquiries, give tours of Bardo, onboard new members, manage Bardo member terminations
• Work with finance team for Bardo member monthly finance and ad-hoc requests / queries
• Create and plan a Bardo community programme
• Business development, especially for Bardo – including basic business analytics
• Manage Bardo tenants ensuring they are happy and content with the environment and service
• Manage communications with Bardo tenants, working closely with Marketing & Communications Team when required
• Generate Bardo reports for management team
• Ensuring daily cleanliness and maintenance of Bardo
• Performing add-on services for Bardo tenants (local and international couriers, scanning of letters for virtual office tenants)

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 2 years work experience in a sales & customer service focussed role
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong team player
• Must be able to prioritise and multi-task
• Strong proficiency in organization, problem solving and communication
• Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends

• Support HRBP in all administrative matters across the full spectrum of HR functions
• Support onboarding and offboarding matters
• Collate HR data and update staff information databases for reporting/ analysis

• First point of contact to provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation and processes
• Work closely with NTU’s Shared Services team on the search for talents and recruitment agencies for temporary hiring requests
• Responsible for new appointment/re- appointment/renewals of staff contracts on a timely basis
  Liaise with People Managers and grant administrators for manpower budget/costings to ensure available funding for hiring
• Coordinate EOM reports for billing, audit purpose
• General admin matters
