Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of digital solutions (Direct Landing Page) ensuring alignment with client’s business goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Develop and continuously monitor project progress and compare it to the established project plan.
• Generate regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, milestones, risks, and any necessary adjustments to the plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Be well-versed in the digital arena to make informed decisions, understand technical challenges, and effectively communicate with the team.
• Inspire and motivate the team towards the project goals while adhering to Agile principles.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of proven experience in delivering digital solutions and managing digital teams.
• Strong understanding of CMS (WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix).
• Strong business acumen to effectively address client requirements and drive impactful business solutions.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics including SEO, SEM, and email marketing

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Host walk-in customers and educate them about the concept of the showroom and its products.

Requirements:

• Candidate with Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent is a plus

• Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the senior role
• Candidates with experience with Autocad / Sketchup / 3D rendering software is a plus

The Facilities Management Executive plays an instrumental role in marketing, operations and maintenance of facilities under Church of Praise and her affiliates Ne-Xus Global Pte Ltd and Community Concern Services. This role provides critical support during rental of our facilities with a view to delivering a seamless end-to-end experience to our clients. As such, expertise in working audio-visual equipment is required. The successful candidate must be a pro-active problem-solver with a can-do attitude and who works well in a team. FACILITY MANAGEMENT

• Publicising Nexus Global's rental facilities

• Answering clients' and potential clients' enquiries and attending to site visit requests

AV OPERATIONS
