Job Description:

• Assist with leasing sales admin process and coordinating with inter-department for day-to-day work
• Handling of incoming calls and providing customer service
• Administer and handle the latest Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Responsible for accuracy data entry input; filing for all data record documentation in the ERP & CRM systems
• Prepare printed materials and compilation of reports
• Liaising with vendors, suppliers & partners for administrative & payment arrangements

Senior Executive - HR and Admin

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive in Human Resources and Admin at LKH Precicon Pte Ltd in Singapore with a headcount of 50. The incumbent will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR Policies, overall human resources functions and support administrative activities. They will handle day-to-day HR tasks and collaborate with various departments to ensure effective HR practices and policies are in place.

• Administer and execute the full spectrum of HR and Administration process.
• Maintain and update employee's records such as salary adjustment, biodata.
• Payroll administration and leave system (CPF submission, Tax clearances).
• Handle recruitment process including sourcing, filtering, arranging interviews, offering candidates.
• Apply / Renew / Cancellation of the relevant work passes for foreign workers.
• Handle employees' enquiries on staff benefits and schemes, employment certification, etc
• Insurance claims for medical and work injury incidents.
• Medical claims / insurance claims / allowance claims.
• Perform recruitment activities to ensure the right candidates are selected.
• Liaise with stakeholders and arrange for Company Introduction Programme and exit Interviews.
• Coordinate and consolidate bi-annually performance appraisal exercise to evaluate employees' performance.
• Administer and monitor claims (E.g. Transportation, Entertainment, Telecommunication, Etc.)
• Training registration and training grant application.
• Admin support for building maintenance, sustainability, utility & administrative-related duties.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
