Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales Director to engage potential customers through various channels and convert leads into successful sales.
• Handle RFQs (Requests for Quotations) from both current and potential customers.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations, quality control, and logistics.
• Conduct in-depth market research to analyze distribution networks and identify growth opportunities.
• Perform initial analyses and prepare reports to support business development and sales initiatives.
• Assist the Sales Director in developing marketing materials, such as catalogs, brochures, and datasheets.
• Maintain and update the customer database to enhance communication and engagement efforts.
• Manage additional tasks, including scheduling meetings with suppliers, customers, or logistics providers; coordinating with the warehouse on shipments; and preparing shipping documents.

Job Requirements:

➤ Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
➤ Experience in B2B sales or marketing (Candidates without experiences are open to apply)
➤ Proficiency in Japanese language will be advantageous to communicate with clients in Japan.
➤ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to manage and interpret large datasets.
➤ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
➤ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
➤ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
➤ A proactive, results-oriented, and team-focused mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for full-set of accounts;

2. Review supporting documents of payment requests, prepare daily payments;

3. Maintain different kinds of statistical books;

4. Responsible for Month end closing, prepare Bank reconciliation, Aging, Finance reports and audit schedules;

5. Responsible for Account checking of Inter-companies, group related companies and suppliers;

6. Assist in the annual audit of local companies and their subsidiaries;

7. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related;

2. More than 3 years’ finance work experience, able to handle full set accounts;

3. Fluent in Chinese and English so that can liaise with Chinese counterparties;

4. Proficient in Office software, good Excel, and Word skills;

5. Familiar with accounting software, knowledge of Oracle is preferred.
