International Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Conduct overseas market development and expansion activities.
  Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify potential customers, and support the growth of existing accounts.
• Execute the company's marketing strategies and develop regional market plans in line with objectives.
• Provide accurate insights into market trends, shifts in demand, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Participate in both domestic and overseas exhibitions and conduct customer visits internationally.
• Base salary + Commision base.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients and understand market needs and changes
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A positive, energetic, and outgoing personality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Sales driven and keen to learn.

Job Description:

· Work closely with the Condo Manager in assisting all aspects of management including administrative and financial duties.

· Organize and maintain file system, and files correspondence and other records. Answer phones and communicate via email in a timely manner.

· Assist residents and staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

· Conversant in Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act

· Strong communication and negotiation skill.

· Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.

· Good administrative and Computer literacy.

· Mature and outgoing personality.

· At least 1 year experience in condominium/building management.

· Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification.
