Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline

• Deep knowledge on Risk-based Capital adequacy requirements for local regulatory reporting relating to CMSL license legal entities

PURPOSE:

The Legal Counsel is to provide assigned business units with legal advice, to provide legal support to business activities and any strategic and operational matters and issues. You will be an instrumental member of the Compliance team, taking care of the followings:
