The Executive, Sales is part of the Sales Team that focuses on achieving sales targets and increasing revenue and market shares for a Singapore cluster’s portfolio of serviced residences and hotels. He or she will report to the Cluster Director, Sales.
Job Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to managers, including assistance with paperwork
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, aligned with Company’s direction and growth
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market segment/s and/or territories
4. Solicit and develop new Accounts within the assigned market segment/s and/or territories
5. Foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
6. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences
7. Present findings and recommendations of market research to Management to facilitate informed and timely decision-making
8. Input sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence into Customer Relationship Management software
9. Ensure prompt payment collection by facilitating communications between Finance, client and/or intermediaries
10. Collaborate with Revenue Management and Global Sales teams to maximise yield and market outreach
11. Maintain existing business accounts and develop new accounts through aggressive and creative sales and marketing programs

Requirements
The candidate should possess the following:
· Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or an equivalent
· At least 1 year of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
· Good spoken and written English
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
· Confident, good organisational and people development skills
· Outgoing personality and positive work attitude
· Independent and an excellent team player
· Analytical skills
· Good negotiation skills and willing to learn attitude
