• Maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions records.
• Assist with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Funding Protection Scheme (FPS) and Annual Returns requirements.
• Maintain individual student P-Files and ensure confidentiality.
• Notify teachers about new student onboarding and provide necessary assistance with student matters.
• Collaborate with the Headteacher to assign classes for new students, including coordinating Personalized Learning Plans (PLP) when necessary.
• Manage and maintain APG software to support admissions and student records.

Procurement

• Handle school purchasing and supplier quotations.
• Any other duties as assigned by the director and management

Requirements:

● Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.

● Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

● Proactive and takes the initiative to address issues and improve processes

● Proficiency in Google workspace.

* Few years' sales & marketing experience in coating industry, industrial paint related experience will be an added advantage.

* Ability to conduct search new customers, cold calls and manage customer expectation to company interest.

* Able to create value sell proposition and bring out customer subconscious requirements.

* Work independently and formula sales strategies to each customer
