 Ensure all export shipments are build-up or tender to carrier on-time

Job Overview:

As a Creative Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the creation of marketing collaterals, as well as planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and contributing to different promotional campaigns and activities. Key Responsibilities:

Duties:

1. Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and delivery notes.

The Role

• The role is responsible for implementation of Compliance and AML/CFT program and managing the full range of matters related to compliance, governance, AML/CFT, compliance risk assessment, STR related investigations and compliance/AMLCFT training.
• The compliance Officer reports to the Head of Compliance on on-going compliance status and on any findings of infringements and its recommended actions.

Independently handle a portfolio of Singapore private limited companies' clients for routine bookkeeping, payroll processing, GST, Corporate Tax and XBRL filing and meet ACRA and IRAS filing deadlines.
