Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.

GST Reporting:

Prepare and submit GST reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay informed about changes in GST regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

Financial Duties:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with management to develop and manage budgets.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Manage and organize project files, ensuring accessibility and completeness.
Handle general office tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and coordinating appointments.
Manage office supplies and equipment.

Assisting Sales / Project Team: (Ad-hoc)

Collaborate with the sales team to create technical and commercial proposals.
Compile necessary documentation for proposal submissions.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of proposals to meet deadlines.

Prepare shipping documents in coordination with logistics and sales teams.
Coordinate with vendors for timely and accurate shipment details.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
Tracking milestone payment & delivery schedule

Job responsibilities:

· Assist with day-day operations in Administrative and HR department.

· Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports.

· Preparing necessary HR documents for hiring, disciplinary handling, exiting, promotion, etc.

· Ensure timely verification of timesheets and submission of payroll, CPF, Tax clearance, etc.

· Administration of NS, maternity, childcare, paternity and insurance claims, etc.

· Handle clearance for resignation/termination/dismissal.

· Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees records.

· Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

· Diploma / Degree

· Preferably with hands-on experience with Infotech

· Familar with Employment Act

· At least 5 years of HR working experience
