RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports the organization through the implementation of HR programmes and activities.
• In charge of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of payroll records in the HR system, and aligns with MOM guidelines, and internal policies and procedures.
• Submit tax clearance and IR8A .
• Work closely with HR & Admin Manager to review and revise HR policies, processes in line with company goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Executive will assist the Operations Manager in managing daily operations and planning manpower to drive operational excellence in the Nursing Home. This includes ensuring that the Nursing Home is in compliance with all regulatory, licensing, safety, and environmental requirements.

Job Summary：We are seeking an experienced Internal Control & Compliance Executive to oversee and enhance our internal control systems and compliance frameworks. - Establish company’s compliance management system to integrate the company’s overall risk management, internal control and compliance.
