C. Routines

2. Process Monthly and ad-hoc payroll, including Overtime Calculations and CPF submissions. Annual salary increments or Bonus data, if applicable.

3. Annual Tax reporting, IR21 and IR8A submissions. Adhoc Foreign Staff Tax Clearance

4. Handles all personnels’ enquiries and related matters with MOM and respective authorities.

5. Liaise with Insurance companies Medical Insurance, Work Injury Policiies and claims, etc.

Crew Operations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees import and export functions
• Prepare shipping documents such as shipping invoice, credit note, packing list, delivery order, certificate of origin, etc
• Liaise with the bank on letter of credit negotiation and document against payment
• Liaise with freight forwarder on cargo space and shipment arrangement
• Ensure documents such as bill of lading draft, fumigation certificate, and customs declaration certificate are received from the freight forwarder
• Liaise with insurance agent on insurance coverage
• Coordinate with warehouse and other departments to ensure timely delivery
• Perform accurate receiving of material into ERP system and ensure proper documentation
• Update customer on shipping document and arrangement
• Monitor and follow up on shipment status
• Advise and provide freight cost to sales department
• Monitor shipping costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality
• Generate shipping report
• Check LC compliance, request LC amendment if needed
• Preparation of export documents in accordance with LC requirements / Customer’s requirement / DA / thru Bank

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and experience:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in shipping function, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Fluency in Chinese; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Liaise with the Sales Dept , Finance Dept , Warehouse and Shipping Executive on purchase , L/C opening , arrival of consignment etc

2. Check on order status and stock and catalogue availability through computer for order raised by the sales personnel

3. Check and verify the Sales Contract from supplier’s against P.O.

4. Check and verify the D.O. and Invoice received against P.O. and Goods Receipt Note

5. Update order control register and GRN into computer when the goods are received

6. Maintain new items, location changes , inventory adjustment into computer

7. Raise claim forms for short supply or damage goods to suppliers and follow up on the matters , whenever necessary

8. Follow up on outstanding orders and delivery schedules of orders

9. Prepare and type documents , A&P support etc. required within the Dept

10. Handle daily correspondence independently pertaining to the administration of the purchasing function

11. Attend to customer’s inquiries in the office

12. Ensure proper documentation procedures are adhered to by the Dept and recommend improvement , if any

13. Monitor and maintain proper filing system for easy retrieval of information

14. Collect all Tender Notice related to Power & Services products and inform Manager and /or person-in-charge

15. To follow up on the correspondence with the principal and customer

16. To prepare and assist in delivery order , invoice and confirmation of order upon receiving sales order

17. Prepare reports for Dept reporting and decision making purpose

18. Provide administrative support to the Dept

Requirement:

• Min GCE “O” Level or equivalent
• Min 2 years’ experience in similar capacity

· Good computer skills especially in MS Office Software

· Experience with SAP is highly preferred

· Possess good interpersonal & communication skills

· Meticulous and attentive to details
