• Define project scope, objectives, project budget, schedule and technical requirements from strategic plans.
• Responsible for the smooth running of projects by tracking progress and updating management on status, budgets, irregularities and risks timely.
• Ability to manage organization’s operation costing against project budget and expenses to attain revenue realization.
• Business Partnering focus with customers and the ability to detect unstated assumptions, resolve conflicts and handle complex management issues.
• Recognize risks that can impact project success and measuring them throughout the lifetime of the project.
• Monitoring program and project performance of both internal and external service providers.
• Handle escalations professionally with vendors and customers.
• Ability to perform Scalability, Interoperability and Portability Analysis.
• Create comprehensive project documentation such as training guides, quality assurance guidelines and project reports.
• Able to manage large and diverse teams handling different project segments.
• Presenting data and updates to Senior Management on projects’ performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Certificate in relevant disciplines.
• Possess Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing industry.
• Have experience in overseeing projects from scratch.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Operation Executive to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage sales processes, including negotiations and deal closures.

· Track market trends and competitor activities for growth.

· Collaborate with teams for product and service delivery.

· Report on sales performance, forecasts, and feedback.

· Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

· Ensure compliance with contractual terms and trade laws.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in trade operations and contract management.
• Knowledge of reviewing Letter of Credit and shipping procedures is preferred
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the petrochemical industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
