• Handle and implement IT-related Project
• Liaise with external provider on IT related services
• Provide assistance on day-to-day IT-related jobs.
• Maintain IT-related System.
• Handle and implement marketing related activities
• Assist General Manager in implementing other projects assigned by the management.

• Managing incoming phone calls, distribution of mails and arranging courier services
• Monitoring attendance performance
• Purchase and maintenance of office supplies and equipments
• Monitoring usage and maintenance of company car
• Organizing company events
• Managing travel arrangements, e.g., ticket and hotel booking
• Offering assistance in store room management (inventory management)
• Offering assistance in company contract arrangements (non-project related)
• Assisting in recruitment related tasks, such as job posting, resume filtering, interview arrangements, etc.
• Assisting in foreign worker recruitment, including but not restrict to work pass application and accommodation arrangements.
• Other tasks as assigned
