The Opportunity

Summary :

This role is a versatile and experienced professional who supports the marketing and human resources departments in a variety of tasks. This includes managing social media channels, creating content, developing personal branding materials, providing administrative support, and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

HR functions :

• Provide administrative support in daily HR operations functions.
• Assist in recruitment, arranging interviews and selection, sending of contracts to various Business Units.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS system.
• Support in payroll management and processing

Marketing functions :

• Manage the company's website and social media channels to ensure a cohesive online brand identity.
• Curate content such as festive postings, live jobs posting, and useful tips for jobseekers across social media channels.
• Design personal branding pamphlets for colleagues' business development purposes.
• Publish monthly web content on the company's blog.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or HR.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience with social media marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

• Invoice Processing: Generate and issue accurate and timely customer invoices; Verify billing information and resolve discrepancies before invoicing
• Collections: Ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
• Reconcile customer payments and ensure accurate application to the corresponding accounts
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payment application
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and cash flow projections
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in the accounts receivable function

The Successful Applicant

• GCE O Levels, or Diploma in relevant field
• Proven experience in AR function
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support HR Manager in the day-to-day HR Operations duties and administration of all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation and HR-related projects as needed.
• Duties including but not limited to:

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimally Diploma in Human Resource, Business administration and or related fields
• Preferably with some admin experience
• Proficient in MS Office

• IHRP Certification would be ideal

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers and grow followers, brand interest and engagement through engaging content across different digital platforms.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Youtube and other new platforms)
• Launch optimized online adverts through Facebook or Google etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
• Brainstorming new digital marketing platforms and ways to capture customer attention
• Compose online copywriting, proofreading and editing for various digital marketing content to ensure consistency in branding
• Design of online marketing collaterals such as graphic illustrations, photo and video production via Adobe Design Software or Canva.
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
• Conduct market surveys, research trade information, and analyse competitor’s online strategies.
