· SGD 2,600 - $3,700 monthly, depending on experience and qualifications

Reporting to the Finance Controller and Senior Accountant, you are responsible for:

· Maintain accounting general ledgers within accounting software and on Excel

· Perform general ledger, bank, supplier statement reconciliation

· Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, quarterly GST Form 5

· Assist with auditor and tax agent queries, providing of relevant information

· Accurate data entry into claims submission, supplier and payment processing

· Other ad-hoc duties

The successful candidate should:

· Degree / diploma in accountancy

· Ideally, 1-3 years of accounting experience. However, fresh degree / diploma graduates are still welcome to apply

· Meticulous, with an eye for detail

· Spoken and written English proficiency

· Candidates with prior experience with IFCA accounting software will have a significant advantage, but not a must

· Live within the Balestier / Toa Payoh / Bishan area

• To assist the MR in controlling and distribution of the IMS (QEHS) manual, QEHS procedures, Standard Work Method and Standards Documents.
• To administer the IMS forms record and maintaining the masterlist.
• To disseminate the internal audit programme to the auditors and coordinate with the auditors for their audit schedule, records of audit results, review and evaluate the audit findings for reporting to MR.
• To liaise with external auditors for annual management/ EHS audits- IMS, BizSAFE, GGBS, CONSASS, etc
• Supports upper management on related EHS and Integrated Management Systems matter
• Plan and organize annual management reviews, prepare inputs; consolidate presentation slides, minutes of meetings, corrective actions and follow-up actions
• Oversees the development and maintenance of an effective Management System which meets ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards; updates and reviews IMS manual yearly
• Liaise with external certification bodies, lead and facilitate EHS related audits (ISO certification audit, Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS) audit, Risk Management, BizSafe STAR);
• To carry out any assignment as directed by the MD / GM / MR.

· Responsible for the day to day operation of the building / condominium.

· Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the building / condominium

· Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors.

· Leads a team of personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management.

· Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement.

· Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender

· Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings.

· To assist the Condo Manager on other duties assigned.

· Conversant in Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act

· Strong communication and negotiation skill.

· Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.

· Good administrative and Computer literacy.

· Mature and outgoing personality.

· At least 1 year experience in condominium/building management.

Job Description

The Finance Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the financial health and efficiency of the organization. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting in financial planning and analysis. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.

Job Scope

Accounting and Bookkeeping:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions.
• Responsible for monthly management accounts and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely invoices/bills registration.
• Prepare and process sales POs - following up closely with debtors for sales proceeds.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll & CPF and employee claims.

Financial Reporting and Budgeting

• Responsible for financial policies and procedures, budgeting and tax.
• Responsible for annual/ biannual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Ensure timely financial closing and reporting functions – monthly.
• Prepare monthly management report and highlight the financial performance and financial position of the company to the finance manager’s review and action.

Compliance and Audits:

• Implement and operate controls to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.

Cash Flow Management:

• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational liquidity.
• Prepare cash flow statements and projections.
• Assist in liquidity planning and cash flow optimization.

Support and Collaboration:

• Communicate and work with overseas third party partners and corporate office partners.
• To perform any other function and tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
• Constantly correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
• Strictly adhere and comply to instructions provided by Head of Finance.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Recognized ACCA / Diploma in Accounting & Finance / Business or equivalent qualification.
• 2-3 years minimum experience preferred – experience in a listed company and XERO accounting software would be an added advantage.
• Detailed oriented, meticulous, strong discipline, able to perform and manage deadlines effectively.
• Able to communicate effectively & professionally with vendors and other departments of the company.
• Ability to start immediately would be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Handle Pre-Qualification requests / enquiries / tenders and submit quality response / bid proposals on time to Customers

● Organise and coordinate Tender Process between various departments

● Set up Bill of Materials, drafting & compiling tender packages per tender specifications and requirements.

● Compile Tender Clarifications (commercial & technical) for submission to clients

● Prepare Costing Sheets for equipment and services

● Present Financial Sheets for management’s approval on price strategies

● Perform contract review of awarded contracts to ensure no discrepancies compared to submitted proposal.

● Arrange for the handover of the awarded contracts to the Project Department

● Prepare and process shipping documents for project shipments

● Provide clerical and administrative support to Commercial Department.

PRE-REQUISITES

● Degree/Diploma in a technical discipline.

● Familiar with the tendering process for Oil & Gas industry

● Equipped with 3 - 4 years prior experience, Surface Wellhead and Xmas Tree experience is preferred

● Able to read and decipher technical drawings will be advantageous

• Assist in preparation of the Monthly financial statements
• Responsible for day to day Accounts Receivables functions including maintain accurate records of Accounts Receivables
• Review AR aging and follow up on overdue accounts
• To assist in credit controlling and timely report on overdue AR
• Managing day to day operation of Accounts Payables function and expenses include managing payment processing matters
• Perform and supervise daily operation accounting functions. eg. Account Receivable, vendor payments, cash and bank transaction and inter-company
• Monthly closing of AP accounts and reconciliation with vendors’ statements
• Ensure proper and systematic filing arrangement is done in a timely and accurate manner
• Handle audit with external auditors
• Perform quarterly GST submission and other statutory reporting
• Perform Inventory stock take in warehouse
• Work with the intercompany and external customers to ensure Accounts Receivable issues are resolved on timely basis.
• Prepare and support on other statutory submissions as request by authorities including *group companies (eg: Corporate Income Tax, Transfer pricing and etc).
• Assist in other accounting duties as assigned by Finance manager/ Senior Manager (Finance)

• We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support to Management team member of WRB Technology. This role will coordinate and manage business support, scheduling and preparation of materials.
