Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Strategy:
- Create thumb-stopping content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Experiment with new content formats and platform features (Reels, Stories, TikTok Trends, etc.).
- Film, edit, and optimize short-form videos for maximum engagement.
2. Attention & Trend Analysis:
- Stay hyper-aware of trending audio, viral challenges, and cultural moments.
- Analyze which content hooks audiences and adjust strategies in real-time.
- Be ready to pivot content plans to capitalize on emerging trends.
3. Platform Expertise:
- Understand every detail of TikTok and Instagram algorithms.
- Master new features as soon as they roll out.
- Optimize posting schedules for maximum visibility.
4. Community Engagement:
- Build relationships with followers through comments, DMs, and interactions.
- Create content that sparks genuine conversations.
- Respond to feedback and adapt content based on audience insights.
5. Performance Tracking:
- Analyze content performance metrics (e.g., views, watch time, engagement).
- Report on KPIs and recommend actionable strategies.
- Constantly iterate based on data insights.
Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years in social media management, content creation, or related fields.
Platform Obsession: You live on TikTok and Instagram, and you know every hidden feature.
Skills:
- Video editing (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms and engagement triggers.
- Ability to write sharp, attention-grabbing captions.
