Position Overview

The potential intern/s will be working primarily with the Technical Team to learn and support nature-based carbon projects, particularly project origination, screening and feasibility, scoping and design, development, implementation, and MRV (where applicable in ClearWind’s ongoing projects and those in the pipeline). All ClearWind projects will be compliant to Verra Standards and industry best practices.

The main objective of the internship is to contribute and apply their knowledge and skillsets to real-world projects with the opportunity to travel to project sites on an as-needed basis.

· A graduating student in Master's or

· Bachelor’s degree (with 2 years related experience) in environmental management, social sciences, biodiversity conservation, or a related field.

GenAI Product Ops Specialist (Intern)

The HyperGAI founding team has been pioneering in the field of artificial intelligence, especially for Generative AI areas including multimodal generative AI, foundation models, large language models, NLP, computer vision, deep learning and machine learning. At HyperGAI, our team is committed to advancing the frontier of multimodal GenAI techniques and developing GenAI technologies and products to empower our users and customers.

We are looking for a GenAI Product Operations Specialist who can lead and execute operational tasks related to user and content for generative AI products, such as building prompt pipelines and developing prompt engineering processes that will power our AI products.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a GenAI Product Operations Specialist, you will assist with the following duties:

• Creatively design and refine text prompts to make our AI models execute a variety of tasks reliably and efficiently, including generating images and videos
• Test and evaluate the performance of prompts to ensure that they are producing the desired results
• Document and share best practices for prompt engineering and related tasks with the team
• Engage the community, provide customer support and gather feedback from users
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering and research teams to design prompts/solutions that meet the needs of our users
• Keep up with trends and updates on AI technologies, seek market opportunities and learn from other players in the market

Requirements:

• Penultimate year university student pursuing communication studies, marketing, advertising, or arts & design
• Some past internship experiences in tech startup environments, preferably in gaming, social media, marketing, advertising, arts & design, product/user operations
• Display evidence of good English copywriting and/or creative design skills
• A good understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances in different countries
• Familiarity with and willingness to learn about the rapidly-changing AI technologies
• An excellent communicator who is able to create high quality documentation and lead knowledge-sharing
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and work effectively as part of a dynamic team
• Bonus: Have experience working on prompt engineering projects

Responsibilities

• Provide strateg ic legal counsel and advice to the m anagement and business units on various legal and compliance matters.
• Assist with the development and implementation of internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Analyse and evaluate internal processes and provide recommendations to improve legal risk management
• Develop compliance training program me s for employees to promote awareness and understanding of internal policies and legal and compliance requirements.
• Manage disputes, litigation and any regulatory matters that may arise or affect the company’s business in local and regional offices.
• Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements , such as meeting filing and lodgment requirements
• Keep abreast of emerging compliance risks affecting the company . Continuously monitor new laws and regulations relevant to the business and ensure that the company's practices comply with the foregoing.
• Review a broad range of contracts, including sales distributor ship contracts purchase contracts and service contracts I dentify areas of improvement to legal precedents and develop new templates and bespoke contracts in line with business needs.
• Liaise with China HQ on reporting and approval matters.
• Assist the Head of Department in leading an d guiding the legal function
• Handle a ny other work assigned by the Head of Department and management

Job Requirements/Skills

• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
• Self motivated with strong drafting, analytical, management and communication skills.
• Solution oriented with an eye for accuracy
• 3 years of experience working as in house counsel or in law firms , with prior exposure to the compliance function preferred
• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in law.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Reviewing and drafting service agreements and contract documents including joint ventures, M&A deals, private equity transactions and restructurings (including cross-border transactions in Asia, Australia and Europe).

2. Monitor, coordinate & advise, cross-functional stakeholders on legal issues including IPR / risk implication on possible legal risk and provide mitigation strategies.

3. Monitor legal and risk and give guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk.

4. Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.

5. Managing legal disputes and negotiate terms with customers, partners and suppliers.

6. Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal/compliance guidelines

7. Support the Business Unit Heads to ensure that team members work effectively and proactively with business teams and industry participants to advise and assist in the management of legal, risk and compliance matters

8. Coordinate and liaise with external counsels.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) or equivalent from a reputable university

2. 7 to 10 years of work experience in a law firm or in-house

3. Sound knowledge in company law, contract law, product liability law, and mergers and acquisitions.

4. Experienced in advising on complex international transactions and in organizing and managing transactions, including cross-border transactions.

5. Demonstrate excellent document drafting skills. You should demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills along with a high level of commercial awareness.

6. Strong background in corporate work, probably gained from practice in a law firm or as an in-house counsel.
