Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and trends.
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator (preferred).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret data.

We focus on delivering insights to inform business strategy, and optimising the 3-sided marketplace made up of delivery partners, eaters, and merchants across the Deliveries verticals in Singapore (Food, Mart, and Express). Our work contributes to prompt and affordable deliveries for customers, and enhances the incomes of our delivery partners and merchants, while supporting business growth and profitability.

We are looking for an intern for our team. This internship spans from January to May 2025. This role will be fully onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will deliver data-driven business insights using strategic and analytics toolkits, including problem structuring, analysis, and experiments (e.g., A/B testing)
