JOB OVERVIEW

The Cluster Marketing Intern is responsible to support the integrated marketing portfolio for the cluster of hotels comprising online (social media, websites, guest reviews) and offline marketing (PR, partnerships, collaterals, integrated campaigns).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing

• Support the development and ideation of the hotel and signature restaurant's monthly social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) in accordance with approved social content strategy.

• Support the creative production for the hotel and signature restaurant's monthly social and SEM content through photography, videography and/or designing of collaterals.

• Support the development and implementation of KOL outreach initiatives to drive awareness and conversion (online and offline) among key source markets.

• Support ongoing hygiene maintenance of brand websites to ensure information is accurate, relevant and exciting for the intended audience.

• Contribute to ongoing guest service excellence efforts by responding to guests’ reviews on brand’s website and online travel agencies’ websites in a timely, personalised and professional manner.

Promotions & Partnerships

• Support the development and conceptualization of win-win partnerships that drive strong value proposition.

• Support creative production of online (e.g. social media, EDM) and offline content (e.g. POSMs, guest-facing collaterals), including but not limited to conceptualization, design, photography & videography production and copywriting.

• Interface with internal stakeholders to support the successful execution of promotions and partnership initiatives.

PR

• Support the coordination of media activities (e.g. media release, media drops, media hosting) that drive creative news-making opportunities.

• Support the tracking and consolidation of monthly press clippings for reporting and internal review.

Qualifications and Requirements

Internship experience of corporate marketing across both offline and online platforms is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in marketing is preferred.

• Demonstrated understanding of copy and creative assets development.

• Basic understanding of CMS usage; demonstrated experience of utilization of such CMS is preferred.

• Basic understanding of social channels functionalities.

• Problem solver at heart with a can-do attitude, who is able to navigate through ambiguity.

Job Description:

1. Asisst in drafting sustainable finance and ESG related policies and reports.
2. Assist in preparing meeting materials, powerpoints and talking points for trainings or events relating to sustainable finance
3. Other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Degree in green or sustainable finance is preferred.
3. Strong communicationwriting skills.
4. Able to work as a team.
5. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate with Chinese-Speaking counterparts in head office.
6. Internship program from January to May 2025, able to work from Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will:

• Engage in one or more projects to boost QC team productivity or digitalization, tailored to your interests and strengths.
• Job shadow and on-the-job training with the QC team to understand cable manufacturing and testing processes.
• Prepare technical reports per customer specifications, documenting data from QC inspections and tests.
• Perform daily tasks including inspections, data entry, report preparation, and other ad hoc duties.
• Assist in QC tests.

Job requirements:

• Basic knowledge in quality assurance or systems and/or process optimization is a plus.
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and practical, hands-on tasks.
• Receptive to feedback and keen to learn from experiences.
• Lead tasks proactively and seek clarification when needed.
• Comfortable working with data.

The intern will work in the Production department of Keystone Cable factory. He will report to the Plant Manager (mentor) and work alongside engineers / technicians to identify opportunities for factory operations efficiency and productivity improvement.

Expected tasks / responsibilities

1. Job shadow / On-job training, OJT of Production Engineer to understand cable manufacturing process.
2. Problem understanding of current methods of manual production data collection with the intent of improving the process flow and to digitize where possible.
3. Data acquisition of shop floor data to set baseline targets for production improvement
4. Research and testing of hypothesis on production parameters we want to improve
5. Project management of one or two projects to improve factory productivity / efficiency using existing or acquired skillsets.

Learning outcomes and objectives

1. To allow intern to gain a good understanding of the work and responsibilities of a production engineer in a factory.
2. To project manage one or two projects that tackle factory productivity and efficiency problem statements.
3. To apply and extend intern’s skillsets on shop floor data collection and analysis with the objective of improving existing factory systems.
4. To allow company and intern to assess compatibility for potential collaboration opportunities in the future.

Requirements

Technical requirements: Industrial control and automation, Power systems, PLC systems, Basic programming skills will be a plus: Python, SQL database. MS Office proficiency

In this role, you will:

• Job shadow / On-job training with the team to understand cable manufacturing and testing process
• Be involved in QC tests (Incoming Quality Control, In-Process Quality Control, Final Quality Control/Out-going Quality Control)
• Prepare technical reports based on customer’s required specification
• Develop and implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs
• Be closely involved in one or two projects relating to QC team’s productivity or digitalization efforts

Job requirements:

• Strong attentiveness to details as QC data requires accuracy
• Takes initiative in leading a task and will proactively check in when in doubt
• Basic knowledge in quality assurance or systems and/ or process optimization is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Comfortable in working with data
