About the Role:

As a Talent Researcher, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, including sourcing top talent, conducting market research, and building strong candidate relationships.

What you'll be doing:

• Utilizing various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates for upcoming open positions.
• Conducting research on industry trends, target companies, and talent pools to identify potential candidates.
• Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
• Communicating with potential candidates via email, phone, and LinkedIn to gauge interest and answer questions.
• Maintaining accurate records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong research, analytical skills, and a desire to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Scope

As a Creative/Graphic Design Intern, you will:

· Assist in the development of visual concepts and designs for digital and print media.

· Collaborate with the team to create marketing materials, social media content, and branding assets.

· Conduct research on design trends to ensure work remains fresh and relevant.

Requirements

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

· Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

· A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail, typography, and layout.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.

· Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends is a plus.
