Overview:
The Group Senior Legal Counsel will provide efficient and timely legal support to all business functions within the group. This role is based in Singapore and primarily supports the Singapore businesses, with some regional support in China, Australia, and Indonesia as required.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements including dealer/distributor agreements, bank facility and security documents, tenders, procurement contracts, service agreements with vendors/suppliers, tenancy agreements, etc.

Requirements:

At your internship you will be given a good overview of what the football commercial and educational scenes in Singapore are, and given the opportunity to assist in our MOF Academy where kids aged 5-14 years old are taught football by our qualified coaches.

The role will support the APAC Franchise Strategy and Brand Marketing Function across the core responsibilities

1. Regional APAC Universal Franchise Strategy and execution 
2. Regional APAC Universal Theatrical Brand Marketing

Your responsibilities may span the following areas:

Theatrical Brand Marketing/Park/Symphony

1. Support the Parks initiatives in APAC
2. Help with the Approval process of various initiatives at the parks – marketing, entertainment, social/digital campaigns
3. Support in preparing movie slate presentations for Parks, TVD and Theatrical partners in the region
4. Work closely with theatrical, Parks, CP, TVD group to plan and execute key symphony initiatives

Franchise Strategy

1. Assist Regional/local franchise leads on planning and execution of local initiatives, including approval process
2. Build Regional social/content calendar working with the global team
3. Assist in live events/digital amplification/gaming ideas needs for the region

Key Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

• Support the offer-to-end activities for pre-service sponsorship and scholarship programmes. This includes preparation of benefit computations, offer letters, bond deeds, follow up of necessary documentations and clearance, administration of the programmes (including allowance, tuition fee & award pay-outs, invoices), and reporting
