The role will include, but not limited to, providing full secretarial support to lawyers such as:

• Document Management: organisation of documents, emails, and correspondence.
• Document Processing: simple proofreading, formatting, engrossing letters, creating/editing PDF documents, compiling bundles for litigation, etc.
• File opening and closing procedures, managing schedules, assisting with teleconference calls/booking and reservations for appointments.

Role and Responsibilities   

The selected candidate(s) will be a key member of a small team working at the company’s flagship operation in Singapore, carrying out various business development and customer relationship related initiatives across the organization.
