Primary Roles & Responsibilities

Your main responsibility would be to co-conceptualise and create content across our digital channels, which includes:

To create the content, you’ll be engaged in photography, basic videography, editing, some graphic design (for emailers and website) and writing of basic captions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist to check through non-Disclosure agreements and other documents to ensure that they have been properly executed.

4. Take and prepare minutes of meetings (if requested)
5. Do research
6. Prepare PowerPoint presentations.

9. Provide administrative, filing, and secretarial support to the department.

11. Maintain confidentiality on all matters.

2. Preferred 2 years or more of working experience
3. Experience at law firms or listed companies or similar secretarial experience is advantageous.
