RESPONSIBILITIES

Salesforce Data Management:

• Cleanse and deduplicate Salesforce records to maintain data accuracy and quality.
• Import, and export data in Salesforce as required.
• Assist in identifying and correcting data inconsistencies, redundancies, and discrepancies.

Web Data Collection:

• Conduct comprehensive web searches to gather relevant data from reliable sources.
• Utilize various tools and techniques to scrape websites and gather structured and unstructured data.
• Document sources and methods used to gather data for future reference.

Data Cleaning:

• Review datasets to identify and fix errors, omissions, or inconsistencies.
• Utilize tools and programming languages like Python, R for data wrangling tasks.
• Enhance the quality of raw data by eliminating irrelevant or redundant information.

Collaborate and Communicate:

• Work closely with the team to understand data needs.
• Regularly update and report to the supervisor on the progress and findings.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and feedback.

• Currently enrolling in a program related to Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools, Quick Sight etc., and data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, R, or SQL will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

The Role

The intern Office Admin, HR, and Services position will provide office administrative duties and HR support to employees at our Singapore office while assisting the Enterprise Services team with various administrative tasks.

The role reports to the Director of Administration & Corporate Events and functionally reports to the SVP Finance & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Office Admin & HR

• Collaborate with building management, managing their portal, raise and submitting requests to the management company and forwarding circulars to staff.
• Ensure office cleanliness and maintain adequate supplies by managing inventory and coordinating with the admin team or vendors.
• Assisting staff requests & inquiries regarding the office, office supplies, new joiners and leavers.
• Maintain accurate records by regularly updating all folders & files, including vendor contact details.
• Handle mail deliveries and efficiently arrange their distribution to respective colleagues.
• Manage and represent the Social Committee for company social events.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation set-up and collection of company assets.

Enterprise Services

Responsibilities

· Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the company on a wide range of legal issues.

· Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and legal documents.

· Represent the company in legal proceedings and handle disputes.

· Ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

· Conduct legal research and keep abreast of changes in the law.

· Collaborate with other departments to identify and manage legal risks.

· Provide legal training and education to employees.

Qualifications

· Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school; Admitted to the bar and in good standing.

· A minimum of 3 years of legal experience in employment contract laws and dispute is preferred.

· Familiar with the regulation and relevant procedure in the hedge fund and asset management industry, especially in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and India.

· Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, legal defense strategy, and relevant regulations.

· Excellent legal document drafting and comprehensive due diligence.

· Critical and analytical thinking, problem-solving, multi-tasking, self-learning capability.

· Smooth communication skills with legal terminology.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· High ethical standards and professional integrity.
