Job Description

• Advise various legal function aspects such as corporate governance, leasing, collaborations, social media, digital platforms, commercial contracts, employment law, and product liability within a diverse regional scope.
• Create, assess, and negotiate a broad spectrum of legal, commercial, and corporate documents and agreements.
• Evaluate the company's rights and obligations within existing commercial and corporate contracts.

• Collaborate with external legal advisors regarding litigation issues.

The Successful Applicant
