Role

The Head of Legal and Risk will work closely with and assist the Managing Director to lead all legal and Risk as well as Compliance matters within the Company, contributing to the promotion and development of a compliance culture within the Company. The role is expected to evolve with the needs of the business. The Head of Legal and Risk is expected to be a self-starter and be able to work independently on usual operational tasks while pushing ahead with improvement initiatives. Job scope:

1. General

a) To provide legal support to various business units and departments.

b) To ensure all documents comply with the laws of the country.

c) To assist in drafting/review internal and external contracts and documentation, and to advise the Company and management on their legal rights and obligations in order to protect the interest of the Company.
