Procurement and Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement and Contracts Manager to join one of Asia’s largest real estate developers. Reporting to Director, Contracts, the successful candidate will lead a team of 4 to 5 people. He/she will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of contracts and tender processes for key development projects, ensuring that contractual agreements are executed efficiently and in accordance with legal and organizational standards. This role requires a strong focus on contract administration, cost monitoring, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the pre-tender, tender, and contract administration phases for development projects, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Prepare and analyze cost estimates, cost plans, and financial models during the early conceptualization stages of projects.
• Prepare, review, and collate tender documents, ensuring they align with project requirements and invite competitive tenders from suitable contractors.

• Strong contract administration skills with an understanding of construction and real estate development processes.
