Job Description:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a café, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, and managing staff.
• Train new staff and managing staff scheduling
• Ability to handle customer's complaints, feedback, or handle disputes and de-escalating issues that arise.
• Monitoring inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, and restocking supplies
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe.
• Participate in planning for the cafe's promotional activity and new menus.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working as a managerial/supervisor position
• Obtained Food hygiene certificate
• Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on GST implications relevant to their business operations and transactions across various industries, including the financial sector.
• Assist clients with GST registration, exemption applications, and guidance on multiple GST schemes.
• Review and electronically file clients' GST returns.
• Conduct GST health checks, due diligence reviews, Assisted Self-Help Kit (ASK) reviews, and Assisted Compliance Assurance Programme (ACAP) reviews.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a relevant discipline, preferably with a professional qualification recognized by SCTP.

Job scope:

Responsible for implementing business plans relating to staff control, handles people issues, performs store-level support functions including customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance, and back office support. • Perform checks on the structural, architectural and M&E materials/works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections.
