• Degree/Specialist Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 10 years of relevant CSA project management experience i.e. RC works, Building works which includes experience in Data Center projects with 5 years in Construction Manager roles and operational experience.

Marketing/Branding Responsibilities:

1) Donor management

• Establish and maintain a database of donors, categorised by corporate (active/passive), individuals, (active/passive) and lapsed donors
• Act as a key liaison with donors, co-ordinating and working with fundraising volunteers to maintain regular contact through emails (templated by category) and follow up on fundraising leads
• Actively grow our corporate network and execute programmes to encourage corporate partnerships, and in turn, donations
• Generate monthly report based on the categories of donor

2) Fundraising activity management

• Annual budget planning and forecasting of fundraising calendar of events
• Brainstorm, set up and execute fundraising initiatives and campaigns
• Work with various departments within SOSD to produce fundraising publicity material for dissemination through various media channels and outlets
• Responsible for ongoing communication, tracking fundraising projects’ progress and status vs. schedule, timings, delays etc. and ensure that fundraising project trackers are always updated
• Manage logistics of fundraising events (virtual or in-ground) and ensure full compliance with regulations and policies, working with volunteers to steer project management to final delivery
• Manage, monitor and update all fundraising activities and events timelines and set realistic expectations with stakeholders
• Manage Sponsor-A-Dog Programme
• Create P&L report for individual campaigns and events

3) Adhere to SOSD Fundraising SOPs

• Monitor internal fundraising workflows, identify and make recommendations for areas for improvement
• Follow agreed workflows and utilise relevant project management tools

4) Volunteer management

• Manage a team of fundraising volunteers and assist in recruitment of suitable volunteers for the team

5) Healing Paws

• Oversee and support Healing Paws programme where needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing and/or fundraising

• Minimum diploma

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Good co-ordination skills and good in multitasking

• Able to work independently and being a teamplayer

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the restaurant and for managing employees.

He/she needs to be able to lead as well as work as part of a team.

The job reports to the Vice-president, Area is accountable for average sales of S$250k per month depending on the size of the restaurant. Job Responsibilities:

•Daily roll call with employees to drive operations effectiveness and efficiency via cleanliness of the restaurant, accurate food order taking, servicing the customer, promotions etc •Proactively communicate to employees on KPIs on sales, service and food quality so that together each achieve more (TEAM) •Be fully knowledgeable with the restaurant operation and to efficiently manage the operation of all shifts •Communicate with Chef on guests’ requirements, and maintain a close and professional working relationship with the kitchen at all times •Maintain safety requirements at the restaurant •Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines •Managing budgets • Manage stock levels of food and other related utensils and cutleries •Handle customers’ compliments and complaints promptly

Requirements:
