Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
· Plan, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring ROI targets are met.
Digital Marketing:
· Oversee social media strategy and content creation to engage and grow our online community.
· Measure digital performance and identify areas for improvement.
Public Relations (PR):
· Build and maintain strong media relationships to secure press coverage for campaigns and product launches.
· Manage press releases, media kits, and corporate communications to enhance brand visibility.
KOL Management
· Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs aligned with the brand's image.
· Provide reports to track and evaluate the effectiveness of KOL partnerships.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
· Develop CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
· Oversee customer segmentation and personalized marketing efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Performance/Digital Marketing, PR, KOL Management, and CRM within the lifestyle, retail, or fashion industry.
· Proven ability to design and implement successful marketing campaigns.
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools).
