Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Propose training programs for new employees in consultation with reporting manager
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Conduct Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reviews with top management to ensure personnel are kept abreast of their performance and to match expectations between both parties
• Train and supervise staff arrange work for them
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service & Maintain relationships with clients
• Conduct monthly job analysis with employees and send the report to top management for review
• Review, revise and explain operation policies and procedures
• Manage client's issues and disputes
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
