RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure effective and efficient coordination of our Pool vessel operations. Liaise closely with the Pool partners, Fleet Technical Managers, Commercial, Bunker, Claims and Controls teams to identify opportunities within operations for effective fleet performance monitoring and management. Influence the fleet operations team and other associated stakeholders in aligning with the vessel performance management goals and objectives in optimizing TCE. Ensure consistent application of division strategies and best practices, shaping local plans that account for hub business requirements and nuances. This includes audience and media planning, media innovation, budget management, and campaign tracking to derive actionable insights.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the broader APAC Hub team, including offline and online planners and Subject Matter Experts (Audience, Social & Influencer, Programmatic, Search, eCommerce), to ensure seamless campaign execution across markets. Maintain strong communication by providing regular updates on campaign progress and performance.
• Media Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the media landscape, across paid, owned, earned regardless of online or offline. Stay up-to-date on the latest media trends and technologies to inform media strategies.
