Internal Engagement and Problem Sourcing

• Actively communicate with Prudential's LBUs to source problem statements and ideas for the AI product incubation process
• Schedule and support leads in regular engagements e.g. workshops, meetings, and brainstorming sessions with LBU teams to identify potential AI solutions.
• Coordinate with key internal stakeholders e.g. Prudential comms, to promote and manage the relationships and support AI Lab success
• Promote the AI Lab's capabilities and success stories internally to drive engagement and participation.

Product Management

• To support the development and delivery of AI Lab Use Cases as approved by AI Lab Sterring Committee and in accordance with the schedules set in product calendar. This includes all stages within the process ranging from insights into customers / distributors / competitors, product ideas generation, feasibility evaluation and conversion of idea into product design, ensure competitiveness in product pricing, product launch, post-launch review/ monitoring and recommendation for potential enhancements.
• Collaborate with team members, internal/ external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery and execution of product implementation including product marketing/ customers’ materials, system requirements, product approval materials, User Acceptance Testing etc.
• To support the conduct of market intelligent study via regular structured product focus group to meet up with distributors, market watch and monitoring of new product launches by competitors for analysis to generate ideas and collect feedback for insurance products.
• To support on projects relating to changes due to new regulatory/PCA requirements and new systems, which include coordination with other project stakeholders such as IT, Operations, Distribution, Actuarial and Compliance.
• Organization and preparation of Product Steering Committee meetings for life insurance products.
• To support the delivery of department specific reporting and updates such as QBPR updates, PCA Product Approval Condition Monitoring, FATCA Reporting, Board Paper and PIDM Reporting.
• To support the delivery of risk management reporting such as incident reporting, risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) and any other risk reporting
• Provide on-going product support in all matters related to products including campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team members to provide timely and accurate delivery and response to product queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Your day to day

Under the general direction of the Hotel Manager, oversee the activities of the Room Division to ensure the achievement of established quality, guest service standards and departmental revenue and profit goals. Role Overview: The Tokenization Product Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the development and execution of OSL's tokenization products, specifically within the context of Project Ensemble. You will be responsible for overseeing the tokenization of securities for fund issuers, working closely with cross-functional teams, fund administrators, and clients. This role focuses on the creation of tokenized securities, including money market funds, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to execution. Additionally, the Tokenization Product Manager will contribute to the development of OSL's RWA platform, supporting global fund issuers to distribute their RWAs in Hong Kong to OSL's clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for tokenization offerings, specifically focusing on money market funds and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.
• Develop and execute end-to-end product strategies to support Project Ensemble, including the creation, issuance, and distribution of tokenized securities.
• Ensure alignment of product goals with OSL's broader strategic objectives, particularly in terms of regulatory compliance and market demand.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product development related to tokenization, including working with fund issuers and administrators to facilitate the tokenization of assets.

• Min 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on blockchain, tokenization, digital assets, or financial products.
• Proven experience in managing tokenization projects or digital securities products, particularly in the context of real-world assets (RWAs).
• Knowledge of financial products such as money market funds, asset-backed securities, or other traditional financial instruments is preferred.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, token economics, and the tokenization process.

Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring completion within the designated timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the work of construction crews to ensure smooth project execution.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms and compliance with project requirements.
• Resolve issues and challenges that arise during the construction process to maintain project progress.
• Maintain and enforce safety standards on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate staff.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Possess a valid Class 3 (or higher) driving license.
