In this newly created role, you will support their business by managing compliance programs and providing legal guidance on regulatory matters, with a strong focus on engaging healthcare providers and government regulators.

Salary: Up to $12,000 (with Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all company operations align with local and international medical industry standards, including legal requirements and ethical standards for medical device manufacturing, marketing, and sales.
• Serve as the primary contact for healthcare providers and government regulatory bodies, fostering strong relationships and maintaining open channels for communication on compliance and regulatory matters.
• Create, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures, focusing on areas such as anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and interactions with healthcare professionals.
• Review all contracts including distributor agreements and master service agreements etc.
• Provide legal support and advice on various corporate matters.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks by developing and overseeing compliance programs, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• 4-6 years' experience gained from the pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry.
• Experience calculating Fair Market Value with healthcare providers
• Experience in compliance within the medical industry is highly desirable.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and gathering information from external partners, including the Big Four accounting firms, top-tier law firms, and outsourced compliance consulting companies. This information will be used to support senior management in making key decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the group’s tax filing processes across all global subsidiaries, including Singapore, Hong Kong and US.
