Job Description

Cultivate Connections: Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners while ensuring that project implementations meet our stringent quality standards.

Project Support: Collaborate with Project Directors, Senior Project Managers, or Project Managers in various aspects of project management, including:

Crafting proposals and quotations, and skillfully negotiating with clients

Managing project implementation plans and budgets.

monitoring progress and taking proactive measures when needed.

Prepare a variety of project documentation, including Minutes of Meeting, Requirement and Design Specifications (or Understanding Documents), Release Notes, and Project Status Reports.

Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business.

Experience: 5 years' experience

Excellent communication skills are essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

You're organized, meticulous, and always approach tasks with a positive attitude.

Strong administrative skills and a general understanding of the project plan, project documentation, and project standards.
